Dear participants,
of course, we KNOW that publishing pictures online requires the permission of the people shown in them. As we are quite a close-knit group, however, we dare to do it the other way around: if you come across a photo of yourself that you would NOT like to see online, please simply take a screenshot and send it to gs007@ehtg.org, and we will remove it immediately. If we start asking all of you for consent before publishing any photos, they probably won’t be available by the end of the year — if ever!
Next year, we will include a button on the registration site where you can indicate in advance whether you agree to having your picture published or not. Hope to see you all in Edinburgh, October 22–24, 2027!

You will wonder why we have no PICTURES from the nice TRAIN RIDE at our arrival at Junibacken – here is the reason – it’s forbidden:
Copyright laws are a major reason for the photography and video ban on the Story Train (Sagotåget). However, the rule is actually enforced due to a combination of legal, safety, and experiential reasons: Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection, Preserving the Magic & "Spoiler" Prevention, Safety During the Ride, Distraction from Screens and Flashes.
