Conference Travel Grants for EHTG Meeting 2025 in Heidelberg

We are excited to announce two Conference Travel Grants for Y-EHTG members to present their research at the upcoming EHTG meeting in Heidelberg in September 2025. Each grant, valued at €500, aims to support young researchers in sharing their work with the EHTG community through an oral presentation.

Grant Details
  • Grant Amount: €500 (2 grants available)
  • Application Deadline: March 16, 2025
  • Eligibility: Open exclusively to Y-EHTG members who submitted abstracts to EHTG 2025

How to Apply
Submit a 500-words motivation letter that explains your research and why attending this conference is crucial for you. Be sure to address why funding from other sources is not available. Abstract submission through the regular abstract submission system on the conference website is mandatory.

Awardee Requirements
Recipients of the grant will present their research findings at the EHTG meeting.
